We reached around 11:40 pm and we had made advance booking along with payment of Rs. 6000. When reached, hotel denied our booking and as rishikesh was already full , we could not search for more hotels. We were given messy and smelly room , with no toiletries and phone in the room. The toilet pot was pathetic as we had no option , we accepted this.

This is my first time in rishikesh I. randomly chose this hotel very nice and cleaned property well maintained good staff behaviour and pocket friendly. I highly recommend this hotel

they are just making us fool by saying that they r giving us precious room even they have not allotted us the room we choose. they r charging the exact double of the price for the room

Amazing property at laxman jhula and very accessible just near the road. amazing staff with polite and cooperative behaviour. highly recommended.
