होटल में एंट्री से पहले ही मुझे कार पार्क करना था,। कार पार्किंग के लिए कोई स्पेस नहीं था। मैनेजर से जब इस संबंध में बात किया गया तो वहां ठीक पोजीशन में ही नहीं था बल्कि दारू पिए हुए था । लूज टाक कर रहा था ।कह रहा था की गाड़ी नहीं आपकी लग पाएगी मैं आपकी बुकिंग 1 मिनट में कैंसिल कर दूंगा। मैंने पूछा इस होटल का ओनर कौन है तो बताया कि मैं ही ऑनर हूं जो मैं चाहूंगा वही होगा। बाहरी गेस्ट के साथ इस तरीके का व्यवहार होटल मालिक की छवि खराब करता है। होटल में रुकने का अनुभव बहुत खराब।

not for couples at all. the staff isn't well trained in hospitality. and the locality is even worse. in fact, because of such fools who stay in the same locality, one can make out how Kasganj is!!I felt like a lot of people of Kasganj don't know how to treat guests.not recommended at all!
