Booked 2 rooms and in both rooms they provided towels that are torn and had marks all over it..it would hv been better if they didn't provide anything. Drinking water is not provided. Light bulb was not working and they fixed it after check-in. I except them to check these things before check-in. Only good thing was flexible check-in time provided upon request.

Room is ok. but there is problem of smoking smell inside the rooms. feeling very uncomfortable in taking breath. hotel management is the response for maintaining such things.

Pros - Located just 2 km away from Railway station. Just an year old construction. Good Maintenance. Friendly Staff. Quick room service. Flexi Check-in timings. Cons - Once you step in Front office ambiance gives you a feeling that you choose wrong hotel to stay but it's other way. Lot of room for front office improvement. No restaurant. But has very good restaurants around like Updipi Akshaya...... Lack of 24hrs supply of hot water.

nice hotel. located near kotipalii bus stand. Udupi Akshay good tiffin and meals is adjacent. good room boys and good reception staff, Raju and amshi. cooperative. 24 hrs hot water and air-conditioning. on request changed bed sheets immediately. room boys brought coffee and tiffin on request promptly.

total fake pricing, from there the room is 4k worth full?? room is full of mosquitos. bed is full of bed worms. bathroom is so congested. poor room service.

Room was not clean at the time if check in. Bedsheet and blankets were changed on request for multiple times. AC stopped working for sometime in midnight. No immediate response from the staff. Does not recommend this hotel for couple or families
