I will just say that the stay was pathetic. 1. They shifted me to another location telling me it being an upgrade to a premium property 2. Bad location 3. Bed Bugs 4. commode running water continuously 5. no proper room service 6. room keys not provided to lock and keep the key with me 7. AC stopped functioning properly 8. In the early morning awkward sounds 9. Amenities missing as written 10. Not very clean wrt to linens I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

This property is very old and the infrastructure is very poor. Basic amenities are available but due to improper service staying here is a very 'pathetic' option. We have faced water scarcity during checking time and 'cleanliness issues' are there. Food quality is not up to the mark and also very 'unhygienic'. In house restaurant is not available.

There is a lot of dirt, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, the bathroom is not clean, please don't go by their review, These people are begging for reviews.
