let me start by saying the hotel staff, rooms, stay experience, hotel facilities, cleanliness everything is amazing, 5/5.but all of this is overshadowed by how bad the restaurant is, it is not only serving not the best tasting food it is highly mismanaged! when you pay for a hotel room, you expect their restaurant will match up to that same quality, but this doesn't at all. the restaurant will make you feel you're at a cheap motel maybe. for example they told us dinner last order is at 10pm and when i called at 9.45 to order they said kitchen is closed. i had to fight for maybe 20 mins to try and get something for dinner because in such places if you can't get at the hotel at 10 in the night, you probably have to stay hungry for the night! breakfast is supposed to be served at 8am and when i reached at 8am they said it's not ready because they decided to serve at 8.30 that day! the food itself isn't great, it's okay, palatable is the word. they don't make you sign receipts and at checkout they will get you individual meal bills which after 2 days is hard to keep track of and you've to either take them at their word or spend 20 mins sorting bills to check. and since I did check, i found mistakes even in the bill which had i not known, I'd have ended up overpaying! seems like some trick! every decent hotel I've been to has always made me sign bills right at the time of room service itself so it's easy to check everything and while checkout you pay for what you've signed already, no hassle! i can go on and on about the restaurant mismanagement and staff quality but essentially in my 3 days of stay the restaurant almost gave me a headache every day at least once! this hotel will soon lose customers due to this if not already, the good hotel staff and facilities can only make up for so much!

Definitely not a good option, As shown in the photos the rooms exactly look the same but hospitality is not good at all.1. As we reached the place, we got a welcome drink and the boy there escorted us till the room2. after entering the room wasn't cleaned, so much dust on the phone,Table , Cot everywhere.The room has one balcony but we need to keep the door open all time for fresh air they could have used a mesh door atleast for the ventilation.3 The mat in the bathroom wasn't changed or washed as the dirt was very much visible.4. used towel was hung in the bathroom, the Used towel was kept in the wash basin unit. 5 Switch board was not cleaned 6 The property is not planned properly for the vehicle movement.The bathroom in room was horrible as the drainage like smell in the complete room . due to which the whole stay was disappointed. the same air circulated all over the room the complete day , i even threw up due to the bad smell . it was out 10th Anniversary and this completely got ruined dur to the stay . Trust me they charge a huge bomb for the room but no amenities according to the price . we even asked them to refund but they just changed the room.

ita nothing but a lodge. Even good lodges provide something complimentary but here nothing comes like that except a room with bed ac and a tv. not even a single water bottle is free. the games shown in pic are all paid. nothing complimentary. at this price you can get very good resorts with all facilities. Not Good.

Global village luxury resort is really awesome. much appreciated property. Food, amenities, hospitality was really good. I prefer this property for family too. kids can even enjoy in this property as they have made many activities and even theme parks are really good.
