Firstly i was hesitated to book hotel after reeding reviews but my stay is just opposite, most helpful staff, i checked in at night around 1AM and they didn't take a minute to provide me room and i had little issue in to and in morning i asked them to, change they immediately changes and asked me why not mention in night that they will change in night. Rooms are very nice according to price and spacious with big bathroom. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel as i was not well and requested for luke warm water to drink they gave me within a couple of mins.

Pros: Good to stay in budget, Cleanliness is good, Balcony is wide and open..so one must enjoy a cup of tea there! 5 mins to autostand to travel to any location in Agra, Fooding is good! Cons: No extra blanket for extra bed, bed is too luxury for long sleep.. back pain suffering people can avoid, No geysers in winter, TV doesn't work only you can play with remote, Overall: Satisfactory with goodness!

Rooms are good staff is even better ,all of them are supportive ,I want to say thanx to person who sits on traveling agency cabin hr is young guy and he is extremely. Supportive will suggest you anything ant ur touring ,I will definately stay there on my next trip

Firstly the people were polite and they allowed early check in without any extra money but I refused and just kept my luggage in the cloak room and went around . room service was ok , view was good. Overall it was a safe and happy trip .

Hotel is really nice. Service is also very nice.Although we had check in at 12 PM, they accommodated us as and when we reached at around 9.00 AM .Overall nice hospitality. One problem there was bad smell from drains nearby....

Hotel services and the staff everything is good. Food quality very good but hotel needs some renovation. Damp is there in room so room needs some maintenance. Overall it was a satisfactory stay. Will rate 3.5 on 5.

The issue faced was while asking for normal water.. They refused to give and charged 30 rs instead of rs 18 mrp. Otherwise nice stay. Buy soap from outside. Hard water issue is there in Agra.
