Overall good for family to come and stay and have fun. They provide hot water for drinking and bathing. Room is clean and well maintained. No power supply from Govt but the management is providing power supply to customers through power generators for 4 hours in a day. It is very near to lake just few steps away and enjoy watching sun rising and set. They have bon fire on request basis.

Golden turned out to be a excellent. Full view of the lake, cook made momos that day, room had emergency light, hot water ready in the morning in buckets. As a solo female traveller, this was perfect. Host Bunny was always on call and shared directions with a video on whatsapp - very useful as there is no network. Highly recommended!!

We had an amazing stay at the Golden Cottage & Restaurant near Pangong Lake! The location offered stunning views, and the cottages were clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly hospitable, and the meals were delicious. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pangong Lake!

Worst experience. As I have booked this hotel after checking reviews which were above 4.5 but it's review upto 2021, Now there in same place with Lake view many new cottages on very offline cheap prices are available with very good quality. So not recommended this hotel.

All in all value for money. We stayed here for one night only and had dinner and breakfast which was good. Room had attached bathroom and we were provided with hot water in bucket in the morning (which was quite useful due to chilling weather outside).

the stay is very close to the pangong lake and the 3 idiots shooting point. we took wooden hut and the room did well on cold nights. if you take rooms without meals, they provide dinner+ breakfast for 500 per person and it is worth it.

Hotel is very old.At the same price u can get much better options with room heater. No electricity at night. Wash rooms were old and dirty. Bedings were also not tidy. Not recommended to stay

The location is an absolute positive, you wont get a stay more closer to pangong lake than this. The caretaker is a gem of a person and takes care of everything in the blink of eye

Very Nice staff and Tasty food..👍 booked 2 days but due to some reason reached 1 day late and even got the refund by owners approval. Highly recommend everyone for the stay 👍

room are good very close to pangong but electry city only available beetween 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm... Drinking water not available in room .
