Golden Healing Journeys Homestay | Private Rooms in 4 BHK Apartment

Negative experienceAs soon as we entered we were impressed with amazing view as shown. Loved it, found it relaxing as well. Chatted with owner one of the days, well spoken person. Now here’s the cons - 1. only one employee works. Cook and errand boy keep on murmuring, gives creepy vibes. 2. Breakfast lacks variety and service is way below average. If you ask for something they go back to kitchen unwillingly, ignore half the time or will get you stuff, chances are 50%. Not what someone expects in their stay. Maybe pay employees better to keep them motivated. 3. 850pp for dinner/lunch is way too steep for the place, where cook wants you to stop eating so they can relax. We confirmed menu item for morning to be item 1, but item 2 was served because other guests wanted item 2. They put "hospital" in hospitality.4. Reluctance and lying for yoga sessions. Though it wasn’t too important for us, but timing weren’t communicated even after explicitly asking several times. They would sometime even say it just gotten over, even if we asked for it a day before and no answer was provided.5. When we left we found air luggage tags on sofa covers, so one can know how they clean after guests. Also, no employee wear masks.

This was my first visit to Rishikesh and I can not thank the staff at the Golden Healing Journeys enough for such wonderful hospitality. Everything from room, ambience, view from the property and the food was 10/10. Special thanks to Devender Ji for assisting us with everything and the chef for cooking mouth watering delicious meals everytime. Would be visiting again very soon.

1. staff is completly supportive 2. owner is great 3. property is good 4. outer view is also awesome only over price i feel , becuase compare with 5star hotel, service quality is poor. untrained staff, customer behavious management is not good. but they try to match your requirment.
