The food is overpriced. Housekeeping and service quality needs to be improved. AC was noisy and not cooling properly. Hotel is spacious with ample parking, located right on NH 34, ideal for night stop over on way to Darjeeling, Kalimpong etc by road. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They even cared to call me back after I checked out to return items which I had left back in the room cupboard by mistake.

Nice location on the highway and rooms are neat and clean plus the food is good and staff is very friendly. The view from the room balcony is a treat to the eyes as its lush green fields all over. Away from hustle bustle of the city. The location is best in the highway and easy check in and check out

I stayed several times at golden Park, malda. It is outside of main city. Rooms are big. Cleanliness is ok. Room rent & food is little bit costly. ****** no pick & drop facility from railway station but at hotel booking pick & drop facility is there....

You have very few Good options in Malda & This is one of the best managed Hotel in Malda though the Food cost is almost at par with any Good 5 Star hotel in Metro e.g 1 Mutton Biryani would cost you ar 500/ +etc etc .... Over all okay.

Hotel is okay.....but somehow not that great...it's convenient for people to stay overnight as it is on the NH either going to Siliguri or Kolkata...overall experience okay!!
