WiFi doesn't work at staying room and as said may work at reception. Room size is nearly 150 square feet but not 1200 square feet as mentioned in the website. You may be quite disappointed if you are expecting larger space. A/C ducts needs to be cleaned, periodic cleaning to be done, bad odour creeps out when switching on.. No shadow parking, no dedicated parking for overnight stay and if the existing space occupied than you need park across the street. Very nice support staff. Room is very clean and tidy. Dinner orders were well prepared and value for money and we liked it. Just a kilometre away from the city,well placed, close by good Veg restaurant to a eat out. Close by shops and temples are located.

A boutique hotel with air conditioning, clean rooms, linen & bathroom. Value for money. The restaurant below serves excellent vegetarian & non-vegetarian food. Re: Breakfast which was paid for; they have an arrangement with a restaurant next door wherein you eat whatever you want and inform them about your room number. Will stay here once again, when visiting the same location

This is really very decent Hotel with very supportive staff, the rooms and entire hotel was very neat and clean. Food is also awesome...you can get both veg and non veg food option here. It's almost 35 kilometres away from Mangalore Airport, but have good connectivity to airport and railway station. overall good place to stay.

Though the property is good but it is situated in a complete isolated & deserted place so it doesn't seem a safe place but as the staffs are very good so we faced no such issue over there, even their services & food was fine as well & the accommodation they provided to us was fab.

The guests have been denied the breakfast by the hotel stating that breakfast is not included in their booking. I have contacted and spoken to one lady who further claims that they dont have breakfast complimentaty booking at all. Please refund our amount

The stay at this smaller location was experimented rather than stay at Mangalore city with success. The room was neat and tidy.Hospitality by staff cordial.Above all,food was awesome. A non vegetarian will enjoy variety of delicacies in fish & Chicken.

The hotel is located on highway hence need not to roam around to locate it. The hotel is having attached restaurant. The servents are very friendly and supportive. Rooms are well furnished and comfortable for guests.

Though it is located in a outer area & it seems like a village but still our stay was good as it is really very decent Hotel with very supportive staff, the rooms and entire hotel was very neat and clean.

For the price, this hotel offers nothing. Tiny rooms, torn sheets, water problems (no water in the bathroom tap or no hot water) and rude staff. Nishmitha towers or Hotel Pancharathna are better options.

It's very conveniently located on the main road itself so locating it was not an issue over here. The rooms & services of this hotel were just fantastic. Overall I had a wonderful stay in this property.

Rooms to be cleaned, there were wood droppings from the sealing or wardrobe, service was good. only one sample soap and 1 towel for 2 peoples, i purchased extra from outside
