Golden Riverside Tent Stayy

This is a around 3 Kms from the main yelagiri bus stand (Athanavoor). Without google map or resort person/someone guiding you it may be challenge to reach the hotel. The road is a mud made one with space for only one vehicle for the last 1 km of the resort. Though, we never came across a four wheeler in between those 1 km. Its like admist of a village.We went around 3 to four times during our stay there. Its an 1 acre around property with 6 capsules and around 10+tent places.We booked 2 capsules, for 2+2 family. The prices may vary based on demand, as per the caretaker.We visited here in March 23rd for a day stay. We reached around 2:30 PM and it was scorching heat. The capsule just had one single fan and no other points to charge. No shop is available near by. The food can be ordered from the hotel that this resort has at the main stand. No TV or WIFI as on March 2024.They provide some drinking water in a can. But we did not try that as it looked not so good. After 6 PM the climate started cooling and it was really cold during the night. There are some play things like archery, football, basket ball, shuttle for free.The tents are made in a small concrete floors.The care taker was very helpful but with limited resources that was not sufficient.The bonfire is of extra cost of Rs.500.They make hot water in the morning using firewood and there were 4 common bathrooms to be used. Only 3 were open for around 14 adults and 3 kids. Probably if you get a good deal of around Rs.800 per tent or capsule and visit along 10+ people you may find it good.

We planned a trip in summer, march ending. It's too sunny in the day in yelagiri till 6 pm. We can also feel the heat, slowly the climate changes to cool. And when it comes to the stay to reach the place we need to go completely inside the village and drive through the farm land which is a very difficult task to go. The way is not very good, too much mud and slippery need to be very cautious while driving. No immediate food will be available. If u order to stay the owner the way they charge is too much. Only to stay at night 7 pm to morning 6 am before sun we can enjoy the climate. The room is sufficient for only two not much spacious just a different exp to stay in capsules. Not flat floor be cautious while going in and out of the capsule room. No individual toilet, it's common. Camp fire is additionally charged.

Had best time here. They have so many fun activities from shuttle, to bow and arrow, to dart throw, etc., We had a great time here. Looking forward to bring all my friends on a yelagiri group trip, specifically to have fun at this place.

Place and facility is very very good. Approach road is bad reducing one star for this.
