1. Value for money???: ACs generally won’t work in most cases and the staff is helpless. I am the victim right now. Having dinner outside the villa. The temperature in villa matches the outside temperature. No justice if you are Lok for a lavish stay here. You will truly disappoint. Better avoid this place. 2. Location: need to take your car to go to beach. Not sure if any one else will be there for dinner at night at the beach. Scared. 3. Service people struggle to get all right but they are helpless. 4. Food quality is good. No complaints. But can’t say a class. 5. Amenities under construction. 6. Clean as the workers are working effortlessly.

There were all many flies in hotel and they had not even cleaned the room till 5 pm even though check in was at 2 pm, the laundry was provided after asking for 3-4 times and was not even cleaned properly all towels were stained. No napkins were provided, bathroom was not clean, the food they provided was completely different from what we ordered for dinner and it was not even good, hygiene in the hotel was overall very poor, staff was not even cooperating and was not even doing anything even after frequent complaints. It was not at all worth how much they charged for this worst place

In the room no glass and tea complementary items was there... The plug points were not working and the bathroom light andwater geyser wasn't working Room is spacious and comfortable..but need to improve a lot...there is a phone . But can't connect to the reception. We were 4 people and got only 2 Towels Food was good. But for breakfast there is only south Indian.. no pori or roti or even omelets on order ... Such and expensive resort .But facilities was poor..

service is not as expected because there is no running restaurant and you will not get any item when you need. you need to order food before 4 hours and if you want to eat little late then you will end up eating cold food. beach is far from room and not easy accessible, even they are not allowing to take your vechile to beach. property is good but need to maintain to have good business. Swimming pool access was far away from our room.

A very nice resort with good landscape and villa are huge with greenery ,but food was average breakfast was not that great , staff were polite, beach is abt 1km from villas, security at beach entrance gate need to be thought how to speak with guests Still they need to improvise on maintenance ,food and timing of food service to villas

There was no ceiling fan in the room provided to us. Strange to see in a five star resort.. Food served in the room was of poor quality and taste and was not fresh at all... Also the food was very costly.. Morning buffet breakfast was average.. Property is good with great scenic views.. Swimming pool was great

the overall stay was awesome except that there were small issues. the sofa could be much cleaner and the dth was not working and the staff delayed the fixing initially but later everything went well. i would say it’s a worth visiting as the private beach was good and also there is a guard at the private beach.

It was just very average on food point of view, service was much below average but room was preety good. My daughter enjoyed a lot in property but suffered a lot because of lack of good food, outside also nothing is available, so one is totally dependent on hotel itself and they failed to provide good meal.

Very poor maintenance, Bathroom worse than public municipal bathroom, we stayed few hrs 4.30 pm to 9 pm . Of those 4.5 hrs , 3 hrs we were in beach . Bathrooms not at all acceptable, no street lights , very dark all around the villa , over all disappointing experience .

Overall stay is good including amenities & services. But with regards to food service, they took order 2-3 hours before lunch & dinner time, which we felt as uncomfortable. Staff named Mr. Firoz hospitality was good. Good worthy & recommendable.

Bit far from rly station in a remote area.Good property but understaff and lots of maintenance issues.staff is helpful.ideal for locals to spend weekends who come in their own vehicles.Difficult for outsiders as no vehicle would be available.
