Though the Hotel is located in a good locality, the staff of the Hotel are rude and unfriendly and try to fool the customers. They showed a very small room with unhygienic toilet. My Guest requested for a change then they demanded Rs,1200 per day more and hence he didn`t occupy the room and taken a good room in the same locality in another Hotel. Since the booking was non refundable he didn`t get back the amount paid Rs.1786. Very bad experience. If anybody decide to book this Hotel think twice.No recommendations to any group

I got a very good deal for 2 days I booked the Delux Ac Room (best they could offer ) got a corner room with bad room odour, saw rats in lobby . They even charged me gst I had paid for the complete two days charge including gst the receptionist extra for gst because I was late for Train and had to leave in hurry.Overall experience: STAFF WAS DECENT but do not book guys go for some other hotels! Wishing you good luck,Happy Traveling hotel with bad odour

At good location, followed COVID guidelines, good &specious room,well mannered staff with nice behaviour, entire hotel well clean & tidy, food served was of good quality with reasonable price , enjoyed yoga facility at rooftop, good and supportive staff, overall very nice & pleasent stay

The staff was very polite and helpful. They also helped us to put luggage in the rickshaw. They accepted our request for the room change also since the room that was provided previously was not that good. The overall experience was good.

At this price range it is a best hotel you can ask for.. taj mahal and red fort is also near to this place. the staff is also very polite and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone who is planning to stay here.

my experience is very bad for this hotel. Room was not clean and TV is not available in Non AC room. mattress quality is very poor.
