i had a good idea of the hotel, where i'm going to stay, as i have stayed here before. it's a very good hotel within my budget, that too, close to the station. rooms are neat and tidy. bathroom is spacious and clean. the best part that i like here is the dining experience. the food here is standard costly, but the quality and the quality of the food is good for me, which i get in a few hotels. the items tastes awesome which i expect from starred hotels.

The property is located in the centre of the city and the locality is safe. Though I had booked a non AC room which is the most economical one its well appointed, clean and hygienic. The non room too had running hot water in the shower. The bed was comfortable. Overall I would say it's value for money. I was little disappointed with the food quality which I have reported at the reception.

Whenever I choose a hotel for my stay, the main criteria I look for is cleanliness and secondly a good mattress for a good sleep.. Grand Lotus is well located... the room is big and is clean too.. the bathroom is well maintained... overall a great stay option in Dimapur in a budget range..

Hotel Grand Lotus is really clean and hygienic hotel. The rooms were clean as well as the washroom. The staff members were good too Even the food and the service was good I liked staying in Grand Lotus. Will probably stay only in this hotel in the future

Room was great, spacious and clean. bathroom was also clean. Hot water was running continuously. The staff was also friendly.. they helped me in understanding routes, autos, buses etc. Area was also good. overall a nice experience!! 😄

Centrally located, very clean and hygienic. Has safe covered parking for vehicles. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is also spacious and clean. The staff is affable and professional.
