location of great windows resort is good. view from window is pretty awesome.. it is situated in middle of tea bagan.. so you can enjoy walk over there.. rooms are clean..food tastes good. i am not rating this accomodation as 5 starvdue to poor service.. their is no drinking water provided in room.. you ask for something in afternoon and you will get it in the night that too after multiple follow ups. we asked for warm drinking water in evening around 4 but didn't get it before 10:30 in the night. also we had given our water bottles to be refilled in evening but didn't get it before morning.. dinner was also ordered in afternoon and rhey promised to provide by 8:30 PM but it was served at 10:30 and that too cold. it was reheated on request. Also it was informed that b'fast will be served by 8:30.. we had planned our travel next day accordingly and got ready but after multiple follow ups, it was served at 10:00 AM in morning.. except service everything is nice

They stay at great windows was pleasant. The hotel is exactly placed next to the tea estate. The view you get from the hotel is mesmerizing. Its not a resort. it's more or less like a homestay tuned inro a hotel. The rooms are spacious. The food prepared was home cooked and fresh, bit pricy though but worth it. People working here are very accomodating and are very nice. Loved the interaction I had with the people of hotel. One suggestion to the hotelier: The room service needs to be improved. The service is a bit on a slower side. Many time person at reception is unavailable and sometimes we have call for twice or thrice so that our order is looked at. (this can be improved) else had a great memorable stay here.

I had a lovely stay here at Great windows. Its overlooking a tea estate and the rooms are very clean and neat. Getting to this place was a bit tricky but it was worth it. The staff were also nice and polite and served good breakfast in the morning. If you are not looking for anything fancy and just have a place with clean rooms and bathrooms with comfy bed with a good view from the windows, this is a good place.

It's located on little bit far from the main place & the road which leads to it was a bit narrow but it's about 2 km away from the railway station so it's a good plus point for it. The property is great though. Their rooms were very comfortable & even I am very satisfied with their services as well. Even the food I had over here was great too. I had fantastic stay over here.

We were there for a family trip in Apr-19, the staffs were very courteous, even the owners number is displayed there, you can reach him for anything. You will get homely food there, and rate is very reasonable. Nearer to the property there is a tea estate and a big ground, you can play football and cricket there. Overall good experience...:)

very nice resort. especially the view of the outside (tea estate) from the room is amazing. very nice food, felt like home and also awesome room service. Always showing smiley face that makes us cool and happiness. 1. safe for family, 2.Good food, 3.hygienic washrooms, 4.Quick room service, 5.Good respond without any hesitation.

our stay at this resort was awesome..it's almost around 3 km away from coonoor railway station .we got the room with the view of beautiful tea estate ..and also food was amazing both breakfast and dinner ..Mr Patrick prepared yummy food for us .he made the food as per our wish.overall we had the nice stay at this resort.

The room provided to us was not at all good no room heater no fan no food available location also very bad as it's far from city and near by locality u won't get anything. However the stafff behaviour was good and prompt. But definitely not worth if ur coming for vacation with family or as couple.

Awesome view of tea estates from the rooms.Spacious and clean with 24 hours hot water supply. Peaceful location away from hustle bustle of city. Limited in food menu. But whatever is served is very tasty and very much like home cooked food. Friendly staff, takes care of your need.

There was no parking space. Had to park on side of a very narrow road. view was good from the room. Geiser was not working properly. There was no tea along with breakfast. Breakfast provided was good. Tub is written in the room amenities listed which is not available.

room and bathroom was not cleaned. bathroom pipes were leaking bedding were not clean. there were stains. approach to the resort too difficult. view was good. breakfast was good. it was pathetic experience 😒

We were 6 friends meeting after a long time over weekend. We found the stay very good especially the view is amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommending to go again!
