It is ridiculous hotel I will never stay there again even it provide free of cost to me... service zero .. I ordered a tea it came to me after 2 hours.. if I ordered a Amul butter with paratha first waiter demand 100 rs for buying butter from main chowk and most importantly this is 1 km down from patnitop .. no transportation no shop....

My Experience was PATHETIC,as bed sheet, blanket ,curtains, utensils all DIRTY, No HOT water,No ROOM cleaning, No baggage service, hotel located around half Km down Every time we have to climb up and down with Luggage,only one plug point in room, WORST EXPERIENCE .

This is haunted hotel no body stay in hotel there no reception counter no security guard only two staff in this hotel. Only stay local criminal people with call girl & GF no stay family tourist.

Worst hotel. Torn blankets. Stinking quilts. Rooms full of flies. Stinking bathrooms. No hot water facility. Dirty bedding. Illitrate staff. Poor food that too after hours of waiting
