Hotel Green Park

one of worst and a pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in my life , rather I would say it is not a hotel it's more like a Dharamshala. I booked Deluxe room which is a higher category , but when I reached hotel I realised that I have done a blunder by booking this hotel bcoz it didn't look like a hotel , secondly I kept waiting for my room for almost ten minutes that too when I reached hotel it was around 2:30 pm, I was alloted Room , which is so called a Deluxe Room , believe me had my driver been with me even he would have refused for that room , but since I was on an official tour and was already late for OTM which was happening at Jio World Convention centre , the most scary and disastrous incident happened with me was when I got locked in bathroom which was actually locked by me from inside but after taking shower when I tried to open the door it got badly locked during this situation I tried a lot to open it , I shouted a lot from the bathroom,, hammered a lot on the door from my hands , but surprisingly some staff of hotel who was in Pantry next to my room he heard my shout and he very casuly asked me that " ki aap kaun se bathroom mein fus gaye ho " up to that time I was not even knowing my room number , I just shouted and told him that I have just checked in and you can check about my Room number with Abhay ji who is on duty at reception but he didn't even bother to inform about this incident to any of their staff , but thanks to the Almigjtly that finally after so much of punches from my side finally automatically the door got opened after 10-15 minutes deadly situation, But for me it took at least 10 minutes to get normal as by this time I started loosing hopes from hotel staff and I started experiencing breathlessness , but once again thanks to the Almighty who saved my life . All the walls in the room has got dampness , their telephone was not working and when I picked the receiver of the phone I Saw too much of dust and cob on the phone and when I called one of their staff to show all this he very casually said " Haa phone kaam hi nahi kar raha hai to ganda hi pada hai kya karen " Health focet in bathroom was not working , they keep one plastic mug in bathroom which you have to use for both the purpose bathing and for latrine , their linen was having stains , their Douvet was having a strong stink which I did not use and bcoz of this I had to switch off the AC in the night , Believe me staying in this so called hotel was a nightmare for me .

The quilt was very dirty and has holes on it. Washroom’s drain was spurting out sewerage water onto our washroom floor. The door nob was also broken and it did not give us the satisfaction that we needed. The rooms were not cleaned and the cleaner said that he forgot to do so. The walls were also very dirty and when we entered our room it was smelling bad. I do not recommend anybody to stay here. Very bad experience.

charged an extra 500 rs for nothing. requested twice to clean room but didnot clean. and always money money money . also asked me to come directly without booking. 500 rs extra was not at all appreciated . check in at 1 then too said no room empty . u have to wait for an hour. ya pay 1000 rs and get another room and after negotiation convince for 500.

The hotel is located close to the airport, which is the only good thing about it. Very dirty, with the bathroom flooding with water if you have a bath.Weird smell in room
