please think twice before booking this hotel room, . because the room is full of small cockroaches under the bedsheets. , under tv stand also. curtains are not properly fitted .and visible to outsiders,. except these remaining is average and they did not clean the room until we entered . they cleaned after we check-in. thank you please follow and decide well. But location is good near to railway station and bus stand.

I have booked two comfort rooms non ac. It was given in the third floor. Lift is there only upto 2nd floor. All luggages had to be carried on own. No service boy was there. Hot water facility is not there. Though asked, they had told hot water had started. But hot water did not come in both the rooms. Later on I found it was only drama, I suspect whether they have facility. As vijaywada was not cold as Hyderabad and Shirdi, we adjusted with coldwater for bath. Also, noticed Hotels are not ...more

worst experience with the insects and see through windows and curtain less windows. 400 bugs its OK but u mentally prepare for worse and then book.no TV no towels no hot water sound pollut

worst experience. the very next minute I have done the booking and paying for this hotel I have called their owner/management that I will arrive mid night and requested their assistance, for which they agreed. After coming to the hotel I was stunned and very sad to face rude behavior of the staff. 1. they mocked me for coming late and hence they had to give away my AC room booking to some others and offered me to stay in non AC room which is bad . 2. when questioned about my right to having the booked room they said that they can help me. very very very unprofessional.

the room was full of phenol smell, windows are see through, others can see us. totally worst. not worth for the money.

Each n every room has windows for ventilation and you should close the curtains on the windows.

The hotel is really good and staff members are very cooperative who help them in all the aspects.let me share an incidence . During visit my id card left at hotel reception and these hotel authority posted my identity card to my home address its really a good support from them and also the room are clean and hygienic.really appreciate the service.thank you goibibo and hotel green valley :) :) :) :) :) I will love to visit again.
