Rooms are nice but I am not happy with service quality . When I checked in to my room AC did not work , after an hour they have changed my room . There is no phone in room and to get any service you have to ring bell . Staff will come after 15 min to serve you . Stay there if you are looking for a big room but if you have concern about service then this hotel is not for you .

one of the worst hotel...these types of hotels are spoiling your image.. room having TV but no power connection.. geyser but not working....telephone without connection...call bell not working...years old towel, one can use only for shoes to clean...worst experience....do not go to this hotel......

Very good infrastructure and location marred only by lack of upkeep and maintenance. A serious suggestion to the owner would be to spend some money on overhauling the toilets. Also, we weren't provided with blankets on the pretext that they have been sent for cleaning?! Rest everything is good.

worst hotel. no mattres for extra booking. fan not working. staff is very rude they abused us. i was scared of staff behavior and i was unable to move anywhere since it was 4.00am. i was not having any option after travelling 500km.

Dirty Pillow cover, Dirty Towel, Bathroom not clean, AC not working, Only Food was Excellent due Famous Restaurant brand.

Tv was not working. No room service. No tub in the washroom. Towels and soap were not given. Need a lot of improvement.

don't find time to capture pictures as i was reached late in the afternoon and left early in the morning.

there was no shampoo and no bath soap. no TV was not working . in morning no one was ready to clean car .
