I would certainly like you to refund my moneyv that if I find towels, bedsheets, pillow covers dirty you will refund my money. Well,I have uploaded the photos and you decide what should be done! , bedsheets, pillow covers, blanket cover, all were dirty. The towels too were washed but worse for wear!The front desk people were not very cooperative.No mineral water!

hotel lacks cleaning and hygiene. bedsheets were dirty, towels not sure when they were washed last. too many mosquitos in the room, had to buy all out from the departmental store. the room service guy was trying to enter the room without even knocking on the door. horrible experience. terrible experience

The room was clean. The washroom and bathroom needs a lot of improvement. Good place to stay if you are travelling to hazira ro ro terminal. The food comes from the hotel next door. Food quality is good.

Breakfast price is also included in booking,But their breakfast starts after 9 am. And after ordering you have to wait 30 to 45 minutes. means you will get breakfast by 10 am
