We had a very unsatisfactory experience: We booked a luxury room. breakfast, lunch and dinner is Not included. Also activities like Table tennis etc are charged extra. We checked in and lift was not functional. Nobody was aware that they are supposed to help us and take our luggage till we told them to take our luggage. The room just ok types. Walls of the room are hard to figure if they are dirty or mis-painted. the menu-book looks eaten up from edges. There were dead insects on floor when we walked in and also inside the light. We had to call at reception to clean it up. The Television has no hdmi ports that you can't plugin your amazon firestick or something. we were told that room garden facing but the lobby location is blocked by trees a bit so you can't expect panoramic garden view. We complained at reception that we are not happy with all this and if they can compensate for all this but nothing was done. Only 1 good thing is that Staff is good natured. But if you are going for holiday/relaxation/comfort - then I suggest try better places.

I paid good price to stay on weekends with No free breakfast or meal thinking for great experience. But that was ok because it's not their fault.Lifts were out of order. 😡every amenity are paid to use.😡Need to call 4 times to get a bottle of water.😡No dental kits or hairdryers available in room.😡Restaurants close at 10 PM daily. so after that no food for nearly 15 km.🤬You stay in a Golf resort and staff don't let you visit golf area. not even in golf cart. even when it's 60 rs per person for golf tour.😡Only priority is given to club members. 😡Once you enter and do check-in, they just hand over room keys, that's it. They don't even bother to tell guests what all they can enjoy (even paid).Reception people very rude.😡If you use swimming pool, bring towel from your room, staff can't help you.😡My mom dad and daughter of 2 years had to use stairs.😡They didn't gave glass and plates after 10 PM until I called them 3 times.😡

It was awesome experience with family and apexialy with kids adevnture golf and kids park was great for kids and food and service was good too Ameneties are having small charges but overall goos to go Thankyou to fromt office manager ram singj for great service and understanding Everything to have a great family trip with kids too Must visit place

Resort is overall good having swimming pool, indoor sports activities and good quality food. However, price of the room are on higher side as compared to other properties. Further, they even charge for playing any indoor sports activities which is very rare in resort. Staff were co-operative and food was good.

Answer for every question is "NO". EXAMPLE : 1.Is there any wifi then answer is NO 2. In a room there is only 1 Dental kit if we ask for 2 then its chargeable.Normally in a resort 2 people normally stays. 3. Is there any room service then answer is "NO". If there is MINUS Rating then i will Give "-5".

Visit your trip according to your purpose of trip. If Kids and Activities, every amenity is chargeable. For Leisure and relaxing, its good. Lunch timings are fix and they denied to serve regular food in non-lunch hours in Room, only snacks available. Food portion good.

pros: very close to Ahmedabad, lush green surroundings. value for money. Great room. cons: at night they close all lights around the hotel, catering closed at 9 pm ( although they cited govt restrictions due to corona)

nothing to eat. very bad restaurant. corn was missed in chocolate ice cream. undercooked rice. staff has no knowledge about amenities. not at all worth the money. golf was good.

Surprised to find everything chargeable after paying 4 🌟 rate. All the amenities are chargeable and not even WiFi is complimentary. Very disappointed.
