hotel is situated near airport & area is clean, pollution free ,building is good ,staff is cooperative,inside rooms and in loby/stairs is neat & clean but mattress on beds are too old or thin(less than average,taps in bathroom are old & hot water is not supplied propperly(even previous eveninh i specially asked for hot water or geyser & i was told that it ll be in taps automatically in morning from roof top.i was waiting 6 am to 9 am for hot water in taps but it was normal running water

staying here is affordable with great experience. nearby to khajuraho airport as well as railway station too. I will recommend everyone to just have a visit once if u r planning to stay nearby khajuraho airport or station. must stay for once to just have a pocket friendly budget stay.
