came for check in at 2am 11th Aug, but not allowed room, already informed 10th evening, ridiculous hotel person behaviour, then they allotted other area room which is 1km area, this is not fare, which we expect, I never had like this situation

Very worst hotel,. Its not actually a hotel, its single room in a flat,. No wifi, bedsheet, no towel, no cupboards. Tv is not working,. Breakfast didn't provided as it is mentioned as complimentary. Waste of money.

Please ensure all things are working before we check in. Geyser not in use. Giving electric shock. TV connection not working for 3 days. Not deserve to stay. No mirror in bathroom all images included

booked room in this hotel for the best price. Ambiance is decent, clean. Issue is A/C and heater are not working in the room alloted so have to change the room.

It's not a hotel It's just a flat with two rooms maintained by 2 boys. not suitable for family or even professionals no room service.
