Hotel room's bathroom was not clean. Also this hotel does not follow "do not disturb" policy and customer privacy.Hotel maintaince staff continuosly rang the bell for five minutes till I open door and then inspected room for plumbing work. Congested room with no network connectivity. No wifi as per promised nor TV was working. Also on *** hotel name is "Hallmark in" but actual name is "my Place"..This made me difficult to locate on map and reach. Also hotel location is marked on highway while hotel is inside a bit.(five minutes walk) Hotel is not worth for money at all. I wasted **** for day. "Do not disturb" / customer privacy during the stay is primary service in hotelling business. For which hotel management were not ready to refund for immediate checkout against not giving promised service.(breach of privacy) My overall perception is, they do not have business ethics and not and urge for customer satisfaction..
