the stay at the hotel was amazing. the room and the bathroom were super clean. the hotel is just 8 minutes away from shree khatu shyam temple which is a big plus point. i liked the food too at their restaurant. in khaatu, the food quality is not good at the restaurants near the main temple, so i decided to eat in the hotel's restaurant itself and it was very good. they even gave me a ride to the khaatu toran dwaar early in the morning (4:30 am) which i really appreciate as it was quite dark and i was worried that i might miss my train. i recommend hotel hanuman palace for a stay if you are visiting shree khaatu shyam dhaam.

Very bad experience , will suggest to never stay here. It is 3-4 km away from the temple in a small lane. The stay here is very unprofessional, they dont listen to customers request. The rooms are dirty, full of smell. The flush of toilet was not working in our room and when we entered the room toilet, the poop was there which was not flushed. Very rubbish and bad expereince . Had to call them multiple times for toilteries, handwash , towel , the reception number was not working so had to call them on there personal number.

Rooms were ok but not as upto the mark as per the price charged. I paid Rs. 15,030/- for one super deluxe and 1 family room. Rooms were smelly , bathroom has bad odor. In resturent cockroaches were running on the floor due to which we were so uncomfortable. I would not prefer this hotel.

Pathetic experience as owner didn't pick up the call to share the alternate route to the property as road was closed due to barricading. I even called him a day before asking about the parking & distance to temple and he didn't mention anything about place would be flooded with devotees.

hotel hanuman palace khatu is very near to khatu shyam ji temple the overall temple stay at hotel was good the basic toiletries were to be requested and not all were provided the super deluxe room for triple person stay is little small but over all stay at the hotel was good.

Very near clean room.. recently built hotel.. staff is very helpful and accommodating.. Food is also good.. Special thanks to Narendra jee and Manoj jee🙏🙏🙏.. Now whenever I come to khatu shyam jee, I am going to stay at the hotel Hanuman palace

Stay was good. The hotel was neat and clean with good parking space. More to that hotel staff was very good and helpful. They guided us with every detail about khatu shyam temple. Room was very good. 7-8 min. Walk around 1 km from hotel.

Experience is very good, Near to Khatu shyam mandir you can walk and reach in 5 min if any aged person is with you, can take E- Rickshaw at for just Rs 100 even in early morning too. Staff is very polite in nature they are very helpful.

Overall Hotel is Good and staf is nice. we booked Two rooms. One room was quite good and spacious.However, 2nd room was a tiny room without any Almirah and have a space for Double bed only. It was very tough to even move in this room.

Surendra and his brother both were amazing, they kept on taking follow ups while we were on the way to Khatoo, they waited for us till 2 AM and provided the swift check-in and made sure that we are resting enough.
