Hari Om Gokarna Hotel

Terrible experience! Stinking rooms, smelly damp cupboard, micro-sized room that costs a bomb, broken toilet seat and the list goes on. Add to it a location that is isolated and requires quite an effort to reach, by walk (read mini trek) or ride (read mini dirt biking cross). Has every ingredient to curse yourself for your own choice to book this hotel and ruin your trip. Room which ends as soon as it starts. Hardly place to move around. Hardly does not cost more than 1000 bucks a night instead of the more than 3 times price tag shelled out from us.

Conveniently located just a ten minute walk from the Mahabaleshwar temple on one side and another ten minute walk to Kudle beach on the other side. My 3-bed room was spacious and clean with a large, clean attached bathroom. Sheets were clean. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu and food quality is average, but there are other places to eat on the same road. The hotel phone number given belonged to the previous manager, who told me the hotel is closed, so until I reached I wasn't sure of my booking.

Good hotel/home stay for family stay and also for individuals. Very friendly and nice staff. Most important , polite behavior. Good food service. served fresh food during our stay. Atmosphere near surrounding is amazing... Points for improvement is that they can add some sort of games for kids and for enjoyment some play park can be created for kids..

The hospitality here is very good. Very near to. Temple as well as om beach. Environment is peaceful. But road to go to this resort is not good. Photos shown here is genuine and hence we didn't click any.
