cons- The service is really amature and it's as if we are staying there for free and this is what best possible for them.- Basic courtesy is not there- They have bought a regular bed and put some kind of Rajai. The bed is so hard that we had backache the next day.- Room was cleaned post our arrival, we saw they were using that room as some kind of storage. instead of vaccuming the room they have just batted it. and we got allergic. luckily we had medicine so we were able to manage.-They had a TV in the room but it was not working, and they didn't even have a remote to start it.-Food is not worth the money-Bathroom toiletries few items were empty.pros- the terrace is beautiful. - Bathroom was super cleanI really request no one to book this place t

Heaven's Gate Holiday villa is a nice property in prime location in coonoor developed by Mr. Louise. The property is well maintained equivalent to a 4-star set-up and serviced well by Ashok. If you get room with balcony, there is a great scenic view to tea estate and mountain. The terrace garden is cool, and kids will love it. The breakfast is very delicious and homely cooked by Aravind. For lunch and dinner, you can buy via food aggregator and have it in the in-house dining. We had a pleasant stay in the villa.

Rooms are very good with a very nice view of the Connoor valley. Also the staff was very friendly and available all time. Cook was on leave and so we didn't had the facilities of Lunch and Dinner which was the only challenge. however Swiggy and Zomato delivery were available for the location..Overall good experience

overall it was a nice stay. the rooms are very spacious here they also have parking facility but don't have any room service. you have to ask them everytime for water or something. overall nice stay. property location is 2.5 kms from nearby market worth it if you have a vehicle everytime.

I got this room which seems to be too high. What is mentioned over it is a deluxe room with a balcony. But, what they gave is the ground floor room, with a non viewable balcony. Friendly staff and service was good. But the price is too high for this facility.
