Ac was not working, Dirtry swimming pool I can see green colour alge in swimming pool water. One night there was power cut 3 hrs there was no power backup. AC is big issue in this hotel. In breakfast hall there is no AC we were sweating n eating breakfast. I don't know why hotel management are not taking care of such beautiful property. Mantanace is not good for this hotel . Staf behaviour is good n polite this is one plus point . Resturant food is good. Complimentary breakfast is okok type.

Had a fantastic experience. rooms very immaculate and beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout my stay especially the front desk staff. The hotel location was perfect.Though the breakfast buffet didn't have too many options with the limited one food was very tasty. The play area especially for kids "the water park" was great. I highly recommend The Hermes resort and spa for its cleanliness comfort and exceptional services.

such a phatetic service ! No professionalism and standards. There is no security at the front gate side to welcome or guide to the reception! And the room service I should rate it 0 out of 10. we had to wait almost 2 hours for 2 chapatis and mixed veg curry. They made us to call 3 times to get the food delivered. Regarding the room condition- the bedsheets were having stains and dirty.

it was an average experience. the swimming pool timings were a little odd and indoor sports were limited regarding all the equipments. there were no fans or even air circulation in the indoor gaming room. overall, it was a good average hotel to stay!

good infrastructure, lack of maintenance (swimming pool, games room, corridors) due to the sudden shortage of man power. cordial staff, good food. we took 2 * 1bhk options, rooms were specious, centrally ac with good power backup.

i and my family had a delightful stay at hermes resort. the ambiance was welcoming and the service exceeded my expectations. our children impressed by the pool fecilities especially the park .
