If you're expecting wonders from this place. Then, please don't! My expectations has been shattered in the first night. Paid atleast 8k for deluxe room and what I get in return is not a good room including bathroom. Pros: 1: AC, mini fridge,tv works fine. 2 Room is a bit cosy. 3: staff is pretty much friendly and supportive. Cons: 1 if you want to shower then the water will run around you but not on you. 2: food is also not that great just to satisfy your craving, you can place the from hotel. ** Recapitulation statement can made by honestly say that DO NOT EXPECT A 4 STAR service from here.

i booked a deluxe room for 2 adults for a day under 1700 and it was real value for money with great ambience, near and clean and with all the needed amenities which are optional as well which included some snacks and beer. visited the bar and it was a good one especially the washrooms there being super clean. would definitely suggest this hotel for anyone who is looking for a stay around pathanamthitta

Location - Only 1km from KSRTC and Private Stand. Heart Of the City. Rooms - Very neat and clean. Feels very luxurious. Bathroom - Clean and hygiene. Includes full dental and bath kits Breakfast - provides buffet with lots of spreads. Staffs - were so Friendly and co operative. Overall...Felt its the best hotel in Pathanamthitta. Really forward to stay here again. Loved it!!

The hotel is very nice but the parking is good but when we got there the security behavior was very bad and they even stopped us from going to the reception. They stopped us outside the gate and took us 15 minutes to verify the booking.It was like 4 pm when the water in the bathroom ran out and no one was available to call on the phone.

House keeping good. Complimentary breakfast very poor. Winning 1000 rupees is not my aim. The management should provide services for the money they get. You should intimate the experience we share on this forum to them duely

one of the better options at Pattanamthitta. food taste is good but they don't have morning buffet reasonably good Room and clean Toilets. staff is also quiet Friendly
