Hilltop Retreat

We liked the location of the hotel and the view of the reservoir and mountains. Rooms and toilet were clean and hygienic. upon asking towels were provided. Drinking water was not provided. We had to buy water bottles. This, at least, should be provided. Staff delayed the breakfast despite instruction the previous day as we had to start early as we were heading for another destination. it made us feel that they were reluctant. We later on came to know that they have included one of the complementary breakfast and tea to our driver's bill. This was really annoying. People come to create pleasant and memorable experiences. just few things need to be taken care to make the whole experience pleasant. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay there. Location, Cleanliness of room and bathroom, Hotel staff behaviour.

Pros Owner is available over phone and friendly. Property view of arthur lake is the best Name is misleading as it is not at all like resort . No one in the vicinity knows about this property and as it is in forest area there is no network. No reception , Tv is there but it is not connected with power supply or internet so u can't watch it. Isolated property. No wifi. No a/c rooms. Lots of insects. No in-house restaurants but there sign board shows jain food restaurant. U have to pay entry fee of 100 rs for car and 30 rs p.p. Only tea and coffee available . Only one care taker. No help for luggage pick up . Check in room for 12 pm was handed over at 3:30 pm

Hotel is in good place.charges high at rs.2700 in respect to service. No morning tea and only 1 water bottle was given in 2days .They charge us for morning tea and extra water. Wifi was also stopped from 10pm to 7am , called them several times but no response .

Nature nest Resort is a true gem nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of Bhandardara. Our room was well-appointed also The staff was attentive and very helpful.
