First, the positives:1. very helpful staff2. no restaurant, but arrangement with nearby dhaba which can ensure room service for breakfast if asked in advance. Then why am I rating this hotel so bad:1. two mattresses make the double bed, with level difference between them. the quality of mattress is also poor, i woke up with a back ache2. dust all over the furniture including the cushions on the chair. A simple tap and lots of dust arose from them. 3. poor drainage in the bathroom; water flows towards the door. the flush also didn't work appropriately.4. no dustbin in the room or the bathroom.

i had a worst experience of this hotel. booked a non standard room worth 1150 rupees. the room was untidy, no water provided, no toiletry provided. the walls of the room were dirty. overall it was a worst of the worst experience staying in this hotel. i would give rating in minus if it was in my hand.

room staff polite but they are not resolving problems. changing more than. 5 rooms same issue all rooms.. TV not working.. somewhere fan not working... somewhere semleing. daily basis not changing bedsheet... everything was not fine. experience was pathetic .. water in mug with inside hair. we found

The hotel is central, the room was large and bright, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and kind, we did not miss anything. We appreciate the free coffee service in the lounge and in the room. We will come again.
