I didn't took any pictures, but following are the points I would like to mention 1- AC was not working (even at 20 degree, cooling was not good) 2- No wifi 3- No water bottle 4- no room service (have to call them several times for getting a water bottle) 5- Dirty washroom 6- Flush was not working 7- No hot water before 7:30 AM 8- we check in at around 10:30 PM and as per their policy the tariff they charged for 24 Hours, however they forced us checkout at 2 PM 9- No lift 10- No one was there to help us with our luggage 11- No soaps in the washroom 12- Tap was leaking Overall it was a bad experience

The location was nice but the rooms are old and the bathroom also not good. they don't have a geyser in the bathroom so if you are an early bird then you have to take a bath with very cold water. Even they don't provide complimentary water bottles. and if you take it from their restaurant then the price of the bottle is 25rs/pr bottle.Not value for money.

The location was good. Sinhgad is very near from the hotel. The atmosphere and peaceful surroundings felt nice. The service was good. But they should provide drinking water when someone checks-in. Food & drinks were good. It would be a great place if they property develop rest of the place.

Good hotel, good location. But our bed was bad...not sure if it is like that in all rooms. It was funny sleeping on it. Also, morning you are woken up by the koodokoo of a cock, who just doesn't stop! would prefer a quieter morning.LOL. Rest was good. Food is good per Pune standards.

Hotel location is good, service is super fast to room. Just needs good amount of renovation of rooms and interiors as it's over 25 years.Washroom just in front of hotel lobby is a big no,should be changed. Have a good amount of space for parking and multiple sitting areas for food.

Good place, Deluxe rooms are good, great view, magnificent food with decent price. Amazing and courteous service. Only improvements could be adding some day activities along with stay packages and little bit maintenance of rooms that can make this resort feel like a 4 star.

Service is very poor. Moreover no body on duty during night time. If you some problem and want to go outside hotel than you need to wait till morning 7 am. Room's are not that clean too
