I booked this hotel for three days. My stay was wonderful. The behaviour of the staff there was very good. Everyone was very polite. The location of the hotel was at a very good place. There were some good showrooms for shopping. There was also a mall nearby. The staff members named Dharmendra and Sunil helped a lot. Their behaviour was very good. They helped a lot during room cleaning. Whatever problem we told them, they solved it immediately. They knew very well how to talk to the guest. The window side portion inside the room was great, we liked it a lot.

it was my parents' 40th anniversary. We couldn't make it so we wanted to make it special for them. So I called the hotel and spoke to a very nice and humble man I asked him to make it special for them and he very handsomely took care of it!Starting from room decoration, giving them a tour with the info so they knew everything beforehand. he even followed up and while leaving the shift he took care to pass the word to the next word.I will recommend the hotel and will not think twice before using their services again!

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was super courteous and helpful. Having seen differently abled staff employed at the hotel was so heart warming, proud that the chain is so inclusive. One of the best breakfast spread.
