Room were very dirty and smelly. The bedsheets and pillow covers were used or not washed. Their services pathetic. We had 2 room and asked glass for a water, we asked multiple time but they haven't given. They were not having the first-aid kit, my son got hurt the moment we enter in the room. they went outside and brought it. it was a bad experience with the room & services. the room were not ready after the booking. i do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel 2 days back. It was the best budget friendly hotel . we booked a family room. They have proper family rooms with 2 double beds. We like this concept as other hotels provide only mattress on floor. Staff was courteous,friendly and helpful. Food served was also good. Taj mahal is less than 2kms from hotel. Room is ok but toilet fittings are not ok. Service is not ok. Food is vary costly and quality, quantity are not so good. As per 3 star hotel , executive room , it is not expected.

First of all this is not a family hotel. This is meant for unmarried couple. Location is not good. They don't provide you with basic service
