Pros : The hotel is Neat and Clean. The location is also good. Food is good. Cons : Not a good value for money. The room size was just ok. TV was not working..made it ready after an Hour. No Dental Kits provided. No shaving kits provided. Only small soap. Needs to have hand wash solution .The water was just warm. Rates are higher compared to the facility provided.

Nice experience. Hotel is situated close to Lakshman Jhula and on main road. Rooms were very clean. Staff is excellent, will welcome you well and explain, communicate very effectively. Food at Holy Oven was delicious. special mention Mr Anand Thapa. very nice person at the reception. cleaniness, food and service. overall I recommend this hotel to travellers.

good hotel though small. pool was closed. not much area if you looking to laze in the hotel. plus point nearby the ghat. ghat is approx 1 km walk and hilly one. market is nearby. clean rooms and bathrooms. newly made so looks better. restaurant is good homely food. although some staff like Amar Singh were rude at the start.

stay was wonderful. its located in a the market place approximately 2-10mins walk considering where you want to go. their breakfast is good. i really liked the ice tea they served. the hotel reception staff is very helpful. they helped us book our river rafting event. rooms are well maintained. will definitely recommend

Undoubtedly one of the finest hotels we have stayed. Hospitality was great. Cleaniless, staff behave, location, ambience all goes 5 stars. The manager was very nice. And above all the food which took away all credit. Perfect place for stay in the economic pricing. Worth paying. Full on full marks.

Hotel was good and at walking distance of Laxman Jhula. Staff was courteous, polite, and helpful. Clean, aromatic ambiance. Dont forget to try their in dining services. I had dinner and breakfast there, it was delicious.

Rooms are not apt for more than two people, food menu options have been reduced from last year . Food quality has gone down but the rates have been increased like 5 star property. Not as expected.
