There was nothing to post negative about this hotel.. thus is 10 kms far (before) from Dharamshala and its rooms, washroom, and tickets are clean. staff was supportive.. We felt this was our own home. people should stay far from Mcleodganj for peace of mind. it's only 30 minutes drive to visit Bhagsunag temple and water fall.. food was also hygienic and tasty.I strongly recommend this hotel.

It's 4.5 Km away from city center which is considered a big distance since no Uber or Ola operate in Himachal Pradesh, but the guys there are really helpful, they can help you get taxis for reasonable prices. Their English is not that good; but Raji Bhaiya knows basic English which is helpful

Regarding the location, it was the place where I wanted. Services were bit average. According to the price, stay was good and I can say it was value for money.
