Mixed feeling about stay. Few good things - Spacious rooms, fully equipped Kitchenette, Privacy, peace, location is good few bad side - Extra charges for cleaning, outside bad view frm balcony, No attendant during stay, doors lock, power backup, It's a gatted promises bt this is a Builder floor instead of society appartment, so no garden, no play area, no If u are nt a happing person than its fine else u can find a better space in same amount

flats are well furnished. It seems accomodation is not checked before handing it over to the alotee. wrong key was handed over in vase of one flat. wi fi and tv services were not available for non subscription, but same was rectified promptly. prefer the property if you have a dedicated vehicle.

Excellent flat with all amenities, i love this property. I suggest everyone halting in Rishikesh, who needs a good spacious and 5 star stay, they need to go for Hill view apartments, Tapovan heights.
