Overall Value for Money - 2/5 1. Location - located on a secluded beach down a road 10-12 km away from civilization (including shops, food outlets, local market etc.). Unless you have your own transport, avoid this place. Also, an hour away from the Gokarna town itself and all the popular beaches like Om, Kudle etc. The hotel beach itself may also be inaccessible when there is lot of rain/high tide/rough sea. There's a rocky beach right below the resort which is ok for selfie moments. 2. Service - the hotel staff is courteous and polite. They will extend any help and information possible in case of need. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. 3. F&B - hotel has a restro with decent food. Last orders in at 10PM. Seafood lovers would probably have a lot more to chose from (local fishermen keep bringing in fresh catch too). Not much choice in terms of beer/liquor. Bring your own liquor if possible. Nothing available nearby. 4. Amenities - unfortunately the room we were offered did not have running water due to some issues but the staff were generous enough to bring us buckets-full of it from elsewhere. The room was basic and nothing extraordinary. Not exactly 3-star quality but not bad either. 5. Cleanliness - good clean room and property. 6. Connectivity - no cellphone network owing to location. WiFi was down due to extreme rains. Landline available at reception to inform your near and dear ones that you may be unreachable while you're here.

Well..my overall experience was very good (private beach was beautiful..food was good too..rooms were okay) until a horrific incident occurred during my stay at the resort. One of the staff member named Manoj Kumar (the hoteliers does not have any ID proof or his contact number) got drunk and tried to break into the room through the window (broken latch) and kept banging on the door in the middle of the night! We cried out for help and tried our best to make him go away...but he was not in his sound mind and senses..he kept coming back and switched off all the street lights so that we can’t see him from inside...literally got stuck inside the room for 2 hours until an auto driver came to rescue us. Hard for me to explain the whole situation as it was so traumatic..There was no network to call for help..no intercom!! Thank god for wifi, we somehow had to hide under the bed and contact our friends via whatsapp and asked them to contact that auto driver (named Prashant..life saver..very polite and helpful person)! We reported this to the management and demanded a refund of our stay and strict action against that guy...as this was certainly not the kind of experience we paid for..the hoteliers informed us that the culprit ran away and they informed the police and searching that psychotic drunk fellow!! No CCTV also!! The security guard was also not there at night.!! Worst experience ever!! :(

It was really nice to be at the place.. I have checked the photos and then we planned the trip. But what we saw was beyond our imagination... We were so excited when we reached by looking at the Sea and beach.. Then to complement it we had a Private Beach.. Over all I can say I am going to spend another vacation at the same place with friends and families soon later this year... There are always some issue that a traveller will face. But its the balance of what was good vs what was bad that makes the entire trip and place worthy.. The property is old so the electrical points and sockets in the room are old.. The feedback was shared with the management.. So we could not charge our electronic devices... But it did not bother us.. We had power banks.. For the camera.. The staff helped in charging the battery... So overall.. A perfect weekend trip at an amazing place..

The place is little away from the small town of Gokarna. But that adds to the beauty of this place. After driving a good 7kms inside from the main road through small paved, concrete roads which passes through small villages, you will feel like you have reached the end of the world. And then you would open to wide calm seas. The resort is a perfect place to relax and unwind. you can sit for hours by the side of the sea and spend all your night gazing at the stars lying down on the rocks next to sea. Also they have a private beach where you sort to have the beach all for yourself. there is a guard also to this beach. however do not swim around much still you can have fun in the water. the Manager Mr Subramani is worth mentioning here. An absolute gentleman and helps you wholeheartedly. Would love to go back to this place.
