We checked in to stay here for two nights. We reserved two rooms. The place has terrible service, straight incompetence. First we were provided one towel each per room, for four of us. When we opened the towels they were both dirty. When we requested, they promised to replace them but never showed up again to change the towels. The television subscription wasn’t paid, so the television had no content. In the morning we had to wait an hour around 0830 am for breakfast. They brought it with great reluctance. They refused to offer coffee or tea with the breakfast. We were simply fed up and left the place without completing our stay. We lost over seven thousand rupees due to this. Further, we had to pay again for alternative accommodation on the second night. Pathetic place. Poor service.

The resort was in a nice place. But, the service was terrible and the maintenance is too bad. We had to leave early in the morning and hence had to fresh up, there was no water to take a bath. When we called the hotel staff, they weren't responding at all no matter how many times we call them. They were very irresponsible. Even when we went to check in there was no one at the reception and we had to wait for someone to show up. Coming to the room, it was fine but, wasn't very neat. On a rating of 1 to 5, I'd give a 1 for cleanliness. Overall, my experience wasn't good at all. The hotel staff must be more responsible and accomodating. They're charging a lot, yet not delivering.

bedsheets and towels are just stinking... whole room was just stinking..... not value for money.... horselay hills is not a worth place for stay... it's a place for one day trip... there are very limited hotels for stay so these hotel people know we don't have any other option than opting them.. so they don't bother about hygiene.....

The best one in this area. Good property and nice stuff. Also resturant is good and serve tasty food. must recommended if you are visiting harshley hills. at the same point please avoid Haritha I have stayed 1 day there and next opted for this.and.it.was.good dicision to choose Dwarka hotel extended of Holiday homes.

worst room stay ever I had in my life ...room were very much dirty no water coming from the bathrooms . the service guy is bringing water for bathroom in the bucket . heavy electricity fluctuations. bedroom bed cover was worst asked to replace . I need the refund of my money .

Rating is 1 I don't want to rate because I faced water probs other than that the room was good bathrooms must be kept clean it was no that good what we expected what we saw in the pics it was not that clean, it was not upto the mark what we paid to the stay

There's no drinking water available, the walls of the rooms were fungi due to wetness, the quilt and the pillow covers were not washed properly. The door mat the the bathroom was dirty, the faucet malfunctioning. Had a very bad experience, for the amount paid.

Those are the view I got from the window, I took the delux room which was I felt worth paying on the top of the hill. I got option for hot water and the bathroom was pretty clean. They have also car parking facility. In short I liked the place

No water supply in the morning, not provided complementary breakfast which was included in my package. Nothing is organized, no proper response from management and they fail to provide what we booked the hotel for one day.

it was not worth as per the amount I paid. The atmosphere and services was not that good but the view was good from the room and I had faced bit issues to find the hotel as there was no signboard to locate the hotel.

I paid around 4K for 4 peoples, this look like lodge not resort. No network, intercom, TV channels and Food.
