Rooms were okay and simple. Don't expect any room service or modern amenities at your room as the property is singly managed by one person with some guys under him. Due to rainy season they had completely covered the balcony with sheet which hampered the view as well as the fun of sitting in the balcony and enjoying. Heavy rain caused water to get inside the room while the balcony cover was partially removed for the time being. Food @cafe inside the premise is very good and the owner/worker of the cafe ( Nepali Guy ) was quite hospitable and the cafe provides room service for your ordered food. Huge ground/open space is there in front of the property, where you can toll around enjoying the sea view and sunset ( sea is quite a distance away, however visible !)

The property wasn't maintained properly especially the washrooms. Too much dampness inside the rooms. However the location is really awesome with stunning view of the beach from atop a cliff. So if you are a person who cares about view more than other things, you can go for it. Overall I still don't feel it was justified for the amt paid per day for dorm bed that too in off season time though!

The hostelife gokarna is situated on the cliff , with narrow roads leading to the property, it is just besides zostel gokarna. the roads are not that great and only support two wheelers and autos. hostel is good and spacious, rooms are good as well. overall the space is good but lacks the vibe that I saw in most other hostels. clean, spacious , peaceful. worth the money spent.

i absolutely loved the stay here..the staff were so sweet and helpful...ath good at the cafe there is affordable and cheap compared to other places in gokarna...rooms were all neat and clean and well maintained...the view there is amazing and you can chill on top of a cliff watching the main gokarna beach and sunset...overall i loved it...

It was just 2 of us traveling for the first time and the owner of hostelife was super sweet and made sure everything went smooth. Everywhere we went and people we spoke to were beyond nice and looked out for us. We loved the stay, food and hospitality at hostelife. Can't wait to revisit and meet them all over again.

i rated the overall stay good cus the stay ,i felt was safe and the location is so good and the rooms are great except there's are few mosquitoes (they did provide goodnight however) but the decorations and lightings are good but dont expect a viberant or colourful experience... its great for the rate

Me and my friends stayed here for 4days and i would say it is One of the most underrated stay in gokarna. The location holds a great advantage and the views from the stay are stunning. The dorm was clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely suggest this stay!

Ram Hostelife stay is a decent place for any category of people. The minimum amenities that are required are being provided by them. Their restaurant food too is affordable and tastes good. The stay is located at a perfect place that's accessible to different tourist places.

Booked dorm for 7 people, the dorms were nice, good management ,good bath, fans and A/c were working fine.. It's losing 1 star because of the lack of vibe and view is average when compared to beach hostels in gokarna main beach overall good experience

definitely worth the price we paid. stayed for 3 nights. ample car parking space. good view of the gokarna main beach. the rooms and bathrooms were cleaned everyday. only request is to change the bucket in the bathroom as it looks very old.
