A nice and quiet place within the town. They don't have a restaurant and hence breakfast may get delayed (it got delayed for us). Only con I could find. They don't have newspapers even in the lobby. Apart from that a good place to stay with a pretty big room.

The rooms are very cozy.But no room cleaning. Breakfast is a big failure.But will definitely give the room alone a five star rating. No restaurant, so they out source breakfast. Tea will be cold tea when it finally reaches us....

The property is newly constructed. The rooms are also good. Staff conduct was commendable but there was not complimentary breakfast in the hotel. The property is located interior but easy to locate.

Rooms are good, but their daily room cleaning service is very poor. They didn't change bed sheets also. I stayed in three different rooms and all these rooms corners and side's have too much dust.

All was good in this hotel from hospitality to services. Rooms was spacious & clean, well behaved staffs and location was in the main Malappuram city. All in all a value for money experience.

Staff behavior, amenities and services were nice. Location was fine. There was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.

Stay was comfortable. Hope they install a shower curtain, this would reduce splashing of shower water near the door of wash room.
