Third rate Hotel. the hotel denied our reservation on phone. only after we showed them the voucher they agreed to let us check in. No bell boy to help us with our luggage. AC was intentionally switched off in deluxe rooms. Limited one plate breakfast with either one cup of tea or coffee offered nstead of buffet meals. No directions to the hotel given by the staff. rude and unhelpfull staff. Very bad experience.
