Starting from Location..hotel is situated in a very posh area and is easily accessible..it is surrounded by almost everything we need...good restaurants..saloons.. lots of ATM.. Staff of hotel is very good and well mannered..I've booked a club room...which has a good floor space...although TV wasn't working...but it's ok for me..food in the hotel has good variety and hygienic..washrooms were well maintained..The only thing which bothers me is that water around here is expensive...even the local shops nearby will charge 40-60 rs for 1 litre of packaged water..anyway...my stay was very good...and I wish the hoteliers maintain same quality services...rating from my side is 5/5 Thank you Hotel provides good, safe and hygienic environment...and It's safe for both females and families...Breakfast was awesome and rooms were well maintained

We were exhausted after a long drive from Manali. On reaching the Icon we were pleasantly surprised to note that its a very comfortable hotel with friendly service and staff. The rooms are very clean and beds are nice and soft. The breakfast buffet has something to please everyone's tastes. I would defintely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be centrally located.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The service was prompt and the staff very courteous and friendly. The check-out process could have been smoother but considering I was leaving at 4 a.m., I'll grant them that concession. Highly recommended. Decent WiFi connection and good connectivity to major landmarks in the city.

A wonderful and comfortable stay. My choice of booking the hotel was on word of mouth advice and because of the greatness of Hibachi. The dining space of Icon, named Hibachi is one of the best places for Pan Asian Cuisine in Chandigarh. Situated in and around the business district in Chandigarh.

A very warming and relaxing experince. My weekend went very comfortable at peaceful at this amazing property. Its location in the city is primarily very best and useful for travellers. Would visit back soon and recommend this property to friends and colleauges.

I really like this hotel. I prefer the premium rooms because they are roomy and have a small sofa. The service is excellent. Very good quality rooms for the money. I stay here every time I go to Chandigarh now.
