Room is ok but we had a nightmare due to horrific sounds in the night near our room doors , we got scared hearing those wierd noise nearly for 1 hour near our room ouside cats , dogs were sounding and finally when i open & see outside there was 3 monkeys , totally unsafe if you have kids they dont have proper safety measures who ever can enter the lobby , poor in safety It's horrific experience i have faced in my life first time have stayed in many hotels this made a nightmare for us even my 5 year old kid got scared hearing the whispering sound in the night, after some time only we realised it was due to monkey around our doors

We had to stay for a night at tiruttani, The worst part is the room's locking system has failed and we are not able to lock the room throughout the night. We also tried locking the room before going to darshan with the master key and still we are not able to lock the room out of the two rooms we booked we moved all the luggage to another room which we delayed our darshan. The rooms are smelling bad. Maintenance is worst, the rooms are not well maintained. Did not expect such an experience for the amount paid.

Once we enter the room, its like a bad smell. Blankets are not washed. Full of dirty. They say Water heater available but it's not working. In Google map it show 3 star hotel. But not. No Room services.

Room was very unclean it is not maintained. There was no power in morning time. customer service was not available. It was very worst experience.
