Hotel staff is not trained, As per receptionist, you are staying in Very Big Property, don't compare with another hotel. Hot water available on request after an hour. DTH only free to air channels. AC was not working... you should have minimum 1 hour for Check Out.. If you have taken food, They will take your signature after you have gone for sleep ( after 11 PM).. It was very horrible, please take care stay in this Bigggggg Hotel......

Untrained recption staff, check-in took 25 minutes. No room signage in the floors. Unexpected incidence - males were using female washroom near reception. When reported to reception, they didn't react. DTH is not recharged, you cannot enjoy movie or a cricket match on your holiday stay here.

room and location were nice, safe hotel. food average and costly reception was not much welcoming. no continous hot water, also only warm water and for that you have to call. rest service staff and lower staff were nice
