Incorporated in 2002, our company began its culinary journey with the launch of its flagship restaurant Royal Rasoi in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, offering an exquisite blend of North and South Indian cuisine. With a strong focus on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction, the brand quickly gained popularity, leading to the opening of its second outlet, Royal Rasoi Marina, in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. Riding on the success of our restaurants, we expanded into Kerala in 2015 by managing our first outlet in collaboration with the District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC) under the brand name Puzhoyoram Food Court. Situated in a culturally significant location, it quickly became a local favourite for its authentic and homely food offerings. Drawing inspiration from Kerala’s timeless food traditions, we launched our snack and tea shop brand, Aduppu, to bring quintessential Kerala flavours to urban settings. The first Aduppu outlet opened in Nerul, followed by a second in Panvel, serving traditional snacks, chai, and comfort food that resonate with the nostalgia of a Kerala kitchen. In 2024, we took a step into the world of hospitality with the acquisition of Indudharam Guest House, located right next to the revered Vaikom Mahadeva Temple. This serene retreat reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering culturally rooted, authentic experiences, not just through food, but through warm and meaningful stays. At the heart of everything we do is a single purpose: to deliver a memorable, rooted, and flavour-rich experience to every customer, every time.
