Infinitea Tea Garden Resort is a gem of a resort in the beautiful hill town of Palampur. It scores on all fronts and our 7 days stay at Palampur was one of our best vacations because of the wonderful Team at Infinitea. Excellent, central location...an outstanding Indoor, heated Swimming Pool...state of the art Gym and Spa...delicious food with a special mention to their Indian and Mughlai culinary expertise...and above all, the finest hospitality team that you can come across...We saw an amazing leader in Jagdev, the Property Manager...Rajnish, Samriti and Vishal were outstanding at the Front Office...Bunty, Akshat and Bobby Rana were prompt and efficient with the Bell Desk and Housekeeping Services...Simple, Sachin, Naveen and Pankaj are doing an amazing job at the Sports Club...a BIG Special Shout Out to Chef Roop Lal and his Kitchen Team...they are one of the finest you'd come across...and a big Thank You to Anuj, Kuljeet, Ankit Awasthi, Rakesh, Sher Singh and Anil from the Food and Beverage Service Team...having booked our stay plan which included Breakfast and Dinner on each day, they looked after us exceptionally well and made us feel totally at home...Am writing this review after almost a month of our stay but still remember all of them so clearly and dearly...Overall, an outstanding stay and we're just waiting to see when we can travel back. Wonderful place ambience was beautiful the place is in itself complete to enjoy . Very very helpful and courteous staff. We got the booking done without realizing it was karwachouth day , but the manager and staff made all extra efforts to arrange for sargi and was indeed appreciable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

Absolutely loved the place, right from the time of checking in, till the time we checked out. Well located, and overall gives a very personal feel. Especially because of the warm gentleman who runs this place. He met us as if he knew us already, and won us over within 5 mins. Keep it up!

Great Experience, the best pool in India. Heated pool with heated ambient air. The yoga session in the morning is wonderful. Indian food is amazing. Must try Tandoori Fruit Chat. Rec for family and people who like lots of activities
