The room was not ready before we reached. we had to upgrade our room to have the minimum qualities in a room. The deluxe room had smoke smell. The size of the premium room is not different from deluxe room. I don't know why they charged 700 extra for the upgrade because there was no upgrade. Breakfast was ok. Only 3 items on the menu. it was fine.

Nyc place to stay. breakfast was really tasty and good. Room is okay but still need to improve with no shower,Services are okay.But I suggest instead of going with normal room, choose the suite room will makes more value for money. Also if you direct visit them instead of booking you can check in any time it's a great deal..

This hotel is good for an overnight halt and not a complete stay for more than a day. The breakfast though complimentary does not cater to the larger Indian society… at least an option of Bread & Jam should be kept for those who don’t prefer South Indian menu.

experience is good but the checkout system plzz change bcoz I'm check in 4.00pm nd the staff member says your checkout time is completed on a 12pm my 4 hours is totally lost This is the only thing I did not like because the booking is for 24 hours so plzz

a wall clock, soap stand in glass partioned part of bath room is required. bathing area is very conjusted ,ladies felt difficulty to bath.excellent bed, excellent ac facility laudable hospitality of the hotel staff in guiding us, large hd tv .

The hotel is situated in the main place of Nellore Town. Rooms are clean and well maintained. But there is no parking facility for cars. and it's unsafe to park on the road side of Hotel. Need to look into it. Car Parking

good only but we are utilised the property for 12 hours only 6pm to next day 6am. unable to take complimentary breakfast also due to reach our venue before 8am. but hotel booking charges already paid more only.

They are trying to collect extra amount by showing silly reasons. Example turmeric of ladies leg marked on bed sheet charged rs.200. Seems that they are not washing bed sheets.
