very nice staffs & manager. Allowed checkin for 24 hour's instead to check in at 12:00 pm. 4-5 minutes walking distance away from secunderabad railway station. Those its small in size but at very prime location at centre of city. free breakfast is add on.

bath rooms were small. hot water from 7.30 only if you want earlier immerson heater will be provided which is not very comfortable. No wifi was available. I dont know how gostay certification was given. It is not value for money.

The room size , behaviour of staff all excellent. But as conveyed earlier also , in South India , hoteliers don't care about offering Hindi TV , paid or unpaid channels in all the rooms. I missed this facility in Sagar Grand.
