such a worst experience here at the hotel, 1. staff will miss guide, I went after making an inquiry about most of the sightseeing closed due to Dutta Jayanthi. However, staff gave false hope with misguidence, and I trusted them. It was a mistake. 2. No multiple single beds, which means if you are three adults, either book two rooms or get fitt into double bed, not even queen size 3. hygiene issue - no proper hygiene, rooms, bed, bedsheet, everything were poorly maintained 4. Highly not recommended for family, I guess their goal is to just keep hotel couple friendly who requires room for a few hours 5. No parking for vehicles 6. For my family, due to my child, I requested a room which is bigger in space. They gave me one room inside, which nothing works, so we had to shift to a small room 7. staff is not helpful 8. Tea comes at early 7 to 7.30, so be prepared to leave your sleep disturbed 9. I booked because of Treebo but it was my mistake, I booked stay for 2 days and left hotel in less than 24 hours and had to search another hotel which had hygiene because this entire hotel stinks even the lift too. 10. I can not rate in negative stars otherwise would rate -10 because of unpleasant and pathetic experience I and my family had. 11. It's by Treebo, you are spoling your brand image by collaborating with this hotel.

Breakfast not provided before 8 AM, couldn't able to take breakfast due to time limit. Water not provided we need to purchase. One of room Fan not working. Multiple times we need to call or inform Receptionist if anything is not working/available in room. Not that much room hygiene. We booked 3days, one time also not came house keeping.

Stay was good and breakfast was also good But there was no hot water to bath Hot water facilities where available but due to some issues i couldn't utilise the facility and the staff's couldn't fix the issues throughout my stay But they provided a water heating coil to bath and i used it

This is not star hotel, no restaurants, ac not working, toilet seat broken, poor service, breakfast included in package they given 3idil 1vada parcel(worst condition) from some road side shop to room, cant explain by words,
